27 Fall High Protein Clean Eating Recipes

This fall, my goal is to keep eating clean and have a higher protein intake. These high protein clean eating recipes are easy to make, pack protein and have a ton of flavor.

1. Ham and Bean Soup

When I was growing my, my favorite soups were always made with beans. My dad figured that out when I was about 10, and every soup had beans in them after that!
That’s how he made sure I’d actually eat them! Beans pack protein and fiber, and when soaked for a long time, they can work extremely well with your gut.
However, it usually takes time to build up to that. Either way, this is by far one of my favorite soups!
