Servings: 5 chicken breasts
- 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless, thin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 cup parmesan shredded
- 1 cup Caesar-style croutons crushed into crumbs
- 1 tbsp butter melted
Preheat the oven to 375F and prepare a casserole dish.
Pound the chicken breasts if they’re not thin and place them in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Spread creamy Caesar dressing on the chicken breasts and sprinkle with parmesan cheese all over the chicken breasts.
In a small bowl, combine crushed croutons with melted butter.
Sprinkle the crouton mixture over the cheese and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the chicken fully cooks. If the cheese and croutons are browning up too much, just cover the casserole dish with foil.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
