Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tsp unsweetened coco powder
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • a few ice cubes
