Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp no shell hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • a few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend!
